To start, we were treated to Tuna Tartare, a vibrant plate of soy-dressed tuna with blood orange, avocado, crispy wontons, coriander, and jalapeño. The combination of flavours and textures was a revelation, balancing the richness of the tuna with a hint of citrus and spice.
For the main course, we opted for two standout dishes. The Spicy Sausage Rigatoni was hearty and indulgent, featuring a bold sausage ragu topped with creamy burrata. This dish is a must-try for those who love a bit of heat and a touch of Italian flair. We also sampled the Pan-Fried Atlantic Cod, which came with a delicate potato cake, white wine velouté, chive oil, and sautéed baby spinach. The cod was perfectly cooked, and the white wine velouté added an elegant richness that elevated the dish.
