Our business is all about helping our clients to enjoy the best events possible. We represent thousands of venues and event suppliers, allowing you to discover the perfect venue spaces and activities to hire for your private or corporate events. Since 2017 we’ve recommended venues for conferences, meetings, parties, away-days, weddings, private dining and more, plus team building and virtual event suppliers. We love to help event bookers, ranging from private clients to SMEs and huge global companies.
Our venue and supplier portfolio includes a wealth of options to suit all event briefs. We proudly represent a range of spaces, from prestigious conference venues and luxury hotels to unique rooftop spaces, restaurants, and dedicated activities venues. Flavour was founded by Nadia and Tom Evans, a husband-and-wife duo who share a deep passion for the UK’s hospitality scene. Nadia, with over 20 years of experience in the event industry, has managed events at some of London’s top venues, catering to a wide range of clients from small non-profits to global corporations. Tom brings a strong background in sales, marketing, and creative strategy, plus extensive experience attending numerous corporate events. We were inspired to launch Flavour after recognising the need for a simpler, more efficient way to book event venues.
We launched in 2017, as a London venue finding agency, sourcing venues for corporate clients. We developed a vast portfolio of venues and secured event briefs from top-tier companies. Demand increased for venues outside of London, plus for group accommodation and team building activities. In 2020, the pandemic placed in-person events on hold, halting the intended launch of our UK-wide venue listings website. We therefore launched our virtual event business. Our collection of online activities reunited friends and colleagues around the world, while adding to Flavour’s portfolio of excellent activity suppliers.
In the summer of 2024, we launched Flavour Search, a one-stop-shop for all your event requirements. If you’re looking for event venues to hire, activity spaces, group accommodation, team building or virtual events, you’ll find them all with Flavour.
