The Soap Box Derby is an incredibly fun, dynamic and engaging outdoor event. Split into teams, participants use their building skills and creativity to design, build and decorate their own pedal karts. Once the karts are ready, it's time to race! Cheer on the drivers in an exciting competition and see who will cross the finish line first to claim the checkered flag.

On the day:

We’ll welcome you on the day with the outdoor space transformed in a racing field, complete with tracks and pit stops. Your group will be divided into teams, and following the health and safety briefing, each team will be assigned their own pit stop garage.

Teams engage in dynamic challenges to earn parts, decorations and race costumes, putting their teamwork, creativity, problem-solving skills and goofiness to the test! Once all materials are gathered, assemble your kart and ensure it passes the MOT test and is safe to participate in the race.

After the building and decorating fun wraps up, get ready to parade your kart and driver in a lively and humorous procession. Then, it's time for the head-to-head finals, racing your karts around the track. With teammates cheering from the sidelines, see whose kart is the fastest.

While the creativity and innovation points could really mix things up on the leaderboard, we will wrap it all up with an exciting award ceremony to celebrate the winning teams!

Please note: The minimum spend for each session is £2,980+VAT, which accommodates 25 guests. Additional guests can be added for an extra 40+VAT per person.
