The space is bright and airy, with natural light streaming in through large windows. Comfortable soft seats and lush greenery create a relaxing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy views of the bustling Haymarket street or watch chefs at work in the open kitchen.

AMERICANA is an independent restaurant and bar serving authentic Southern American dishes in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Americana is beautifully decorated, with warm lighting and lots of natural daylight. Southern American cuisine is celebrated for its hearty, flavourful, and comforting dishes that showcase the rich culinary traditions of the Southern United States. Think cauliflower bites with a traditional blue cheese sauce, flame-grilled pork belly glazed with a sweet apple and chilli marmalade or a scrumptious slow barbecued smoked lamb shoulder. Americana also offer a great range of veggie and vegan dishes. The venue has a private dining area and a hidden cocktail bar which accommodates up to 50 people. The restaurant accommodates up to 70 people with an open kitchen and serves food until 1am and daily entertainment from 8pm, the perfect way to fill your evenings. Americana offers more than just a meal; it's an experience that captures the warmth, tradition, and flavours of the South.
