Situated in a late Victorian courthouse on Deansgate, next to Spinningfields, our goal is to serve the best steaks in Manchester. The interior stays true to the building’s heritage, incorporating reclaimed materials from the era, such as parquet flooring from another courthouse, paneling from Birmingham’s Sandwell College, and meticulously cleaned glazed bricks from a public lavatory in Liverpool.
Our restaurant menu features the finest dry-aged beef, sustainable seafood, and seasonal farm produce from the UK. In our bar, you can enjoy award-winning cocktails and nibbles, including The Hawksmoor Burger and our British Jersey Rock oysters served in three ways: natural, with bone marrow, or Vietnamese-style. For more intimate dining, we offer a private dining room that seats 10-14, perfect for small groups and celebrations.

In our bar, you can enjoy award-winning cocktails and nibbles, such as The Hawksmoor Burger and our British Jersey Rock oysters served in three styles: natural, with bone marrow, or Vietnamese-style. For more intimate dining, we offer a private dining room for 10-14 guests and a semi-private area that seats up to 30. As with all our restaurants, we offer £5 corkage every Monday. On Sundays, savor our roast beef, named ‘Best Sunday Lunch in the UK’ by Observer Food Monthly. For those seeking a break from shopping or a post-museum pick-me-up, we also have a set menu available for lunch and early evenings Monday to Saturday, and all day Sunday.
