Hire Fee
This newly refurbished space can seat up to12 delegates for boardroom meetings and small presentations.
The tables can be flexibly laid out, so the room can also be used for auditions and small rehearsals.
Equipped with a 4K Smart TV enabling HDMI connectivity for your presentations.
Situated next door is kitchenette, which guests can have access to, including unlimited teas, coffees, and water.
Please note, that the room is situated on the second floor with no lift access.
The Flower Room is named in honour of Eliza Flower, the Radical female composer who worked at South Place Chapel, which was the Ethical Society’s precursor to Conway Hall.

Owned by Conway Hall Ethical Society, a charity, we curate, support and facilitate people and ideas that Makes Ethics Matter in the world. The venue is Grade 2 listed and offers hirers various event spaces, especially the Main Hall with its distinctive stage and highly regarded acoustics. Library, which holds the Ethical Society’s collection, is the largest and most comprehensive Humanist Research resource of its kind in the United Kingdom. This popular, accessible venue is unique for providing a central London location and a building with character, steeped in history, combined with cutting-edge AV facilities.
